Ages 11 and under

What is a dental membership plan?
A dental membership plan is an in-house alternative to dental insurance. Instead of paying an insurance company, you pay Eastpoint Dental directly for a set of preventive services each year, plus discounts on additional treatment.
Is a dental membership plan the same as dental insurance?
No. Our membership plan is not insurance. There are no deductibles, claim forms, or annual maximums to worry about. You simply pay your membership fee and enjoy your included benefits at our office.
How much does the Eastpoint Dental membership plan cost?
Our Child Wellness Plan is $35 per month or $351 per year. Our Adult Wellness Plan is $42 per month or $426 per year. Our Perio Maintenance Plan is $94 per month or $940 per year.
What discounts do members receive on treatment?
Members receive up to 15% off additional treatment (some exclusions may apply). Perio Maintenance Plan members also save 20% on scaling and root planing.
Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for my membership?
Yes, most HSA and FSA cards are accepted for membership payments.
Which plan is right for me?
Children 11 and under qualify for the Child Wellness Plan, and patients 12 and over qualify for the Adult Wellness Plan. The Perio Maintenance Plan is for patients 16 and over who need more frequent cleanings to manage gum disease. Once you’re in our office, our doctors and team will confirm the right plan for your needs and goals.
Does the plan cover dental emergencies?
Every plan includes one emergency exam with X-ray per year as needed. Any treatment you need after your emergency exam qualifies for your member discount.
